Returns & Exchanges

I hope you love the things you bought from NABO shop. But if you don’t, don’t worry. Just send it back in its original package within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. 

All you need to do is to contact NABO shop at orders@naboshop.com and I’ll let you know where to return the goods to along with the next steps. 

Please package up the good you are returning safely, together with your name, order details and the reason for the return.

It's advised that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods back to NABO shop. NABO shop does not cover the shipping cost on returns.

If you want to return your order direct to NABO shop please get in touch to arrange at orders@naboshop.com. 

Please note NABO shop can not refund products that have been damaged or altered in any way. NABO shop reserves the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above. 

If you require a refund for prints or mobiles, NABO shop will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus actual postage costs of £11.99NABO shop subsidise the postage with £6.99 and will therefore loose money on returns if the actual cost is covered by NABO shop.

If you require a refund for vintage furniture NABO shop will credit the purchaser's card for the sum paid minus the actual postage costs the purchaser paid when placing the order with NABO shop.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the date NABO shop received your returned item(s).
