Walking into the Frama Studio Store within the historic and protected neighbourhood of Nyboder, Copenhagen, you instantly get a sense of a devoted aim to get back to basics. In the former home of the St. Pauls Apothecary established in 1878, the synergy between the past and present elements of the space is a direct link to how Frama defines themselves.
The centuries-old pharmacy still has its original woodwork and feel to it leaving the visitor with a feeling of stepping into another world where the digital and analogue doesn't compete but inhabit the space in harmony, side by side.
There's no doubt that Frama brings a new sophistication to Danish design.

Here at NABOshop, we have been fans of Frama for quite some time. With a focus on what they call "slow production" their work always look effortlessly stylish and we believe it to be deeply rooted in Frama's approach.
Frama uses solid woods, untreated metals and stone to create their interior products, making them not only sustainable but also aesthetically pleasant to look at.

The ever-going dialogue between opposite poles means that each item fit in well in a whole lot of different settings: from the very simple home where the honest materials underlines the minimal feel to the extravagant home where a Frama piece would work as the unexpected contrast that catches the eye.
Frama represents a straight forward aesthetic approach to design and decoration.
